中文摘要 | 黃秋葵為蔬菜類之園藝作物,主要食用其幼嫩蒴果, 所以必須適時採收。黃秋葵幼嫩蒴果的採收期可長達5~6 個月,屬於長期連續採收之作物,產量調查耗時又費力,造成育種工作的困難度。為利於未來黃秋葵進行育種選拔時之選拔的準確性及節省育種成本,故進行不同採收期產量與最終產量之相關分析, 以瞭解各採收期產量與最終產量間相關關係。試驗結果得知, 在果數及產量性狀上, 第Ⅳ (開花後60 天)、Ⅴ (開花後75 天)及Ⅵ (開花後80 天)期等三個期間之採收果數及產量,與最終果數與產量均呈現極顯著之相關,顯示這三個期間的採收量可以代表最終產量。再以每週的累計產量進行分析,在果數及產量性狀上,分別以五週及二週的累計果數及累計產量與總果數及總產量成顯著正相關。綜合二個產量性狀分析結果, 則建議進行黃秋葵產量育種選拔時, 在進入結果期後45 天再進行產量調查而期間至少為15 天, 或者進入結果期即進行連續五週的調查, 應足以代表該品種產量之特性。 |
英文摘要 | Okra, a hort icultural crop, is vegetable. Its main edible part is the young pod. For opt imum quality, harvest time is critical. However, Okra is a cont inuous harvesting crop. Its harvest ing period can be as long as 5~6 months. It is tedious to est imate the total seasonal yield, which makes yield select ion in breeding program diff icult. To reduce select ion costs and to promote selection eff iciency, experiment was conducted in sixteen Okra genotypes to analyze the correlat ion between various harvesting periods and total yield in Kaohsiung DARES. In Period IV, Period V, and Period VI, significant positive correlation was observed between the total fruit number and the total harvested pod number. The yield in these three periods was also highly correlated wi th the total seasonal yield. This indicated that the yield and pod number in any of these three periods can be used to estimate the total seasonal yield. From the experiment, it is also proposed that five weeks of yield recording after fruit setting or fifteen days of yield recording, forty-five days after f ruit sett ing can be used as a criterion in Okra yield selection. |
