中文摘要 | 應用B-mode立即顯像型超音波掃描器調查罹患繁殖障礙乳牛之病因,依據查出之 各種病因選用不同藥物治療。 子宮內膜炎患牛隨機分成 4 組, 第 1 組以 4%lotagen �� 150ml 子宮內投藥;第 2 組以 FM60ml 子宮內投藥; 第 3 組以 PGF 2ml 肌肉注射;第 4 組不以任何藥物處理作為對照組。 卵巢萎縮無功能性結構患牛隨機分成 4 組, 第 1 組以 GnRH2ml 肌肉注射; 第 2 組以 PMSG 1000 IU 及 HCG 500 IU 肌肉注射; 第 3 組以 PGF 2ml 肌肉注射;第 4 組不以任何藥物處理作為對照組。卵巢之囊腫患牛隨機分成 3 組,第 1 組以 GnRH 2ml 肌肉注射;第 2 組以 HCG 10,000 單位肌肉注射;第 3 組不以任何藥物 處理作為對照組。 以上之試驗牛在配種後 3 個月內行懷孕檢查,統計分析其受胎率。經檢 查之 117 繁殖障礙患牛中,以子宮內膜炎患牛頭 46 頭 (39.3%) 為最多;卵巢功能異常, 包括萎縮無功能及卵巢囊腫,計 45 頭 (38.5%) 次之; 原因不明 24 頭 (20.5%):子宮頸 腫 2 頭 (1.7%)。 子宮內膜炎患牛治療後之受胎率, 以第 1 組的 75.0% 及第 2 組的 70.6% 較佳;並與第 3 組及第 4 組在統計學上有顯著差異 (p<0.05)。 卵巢萎縮無功能患 牛經治療後, 其受胎率為第 1 組 60.0%, 第 2 組 50.0%,第 3 組 40.0%,與對照組均顯 著差異 (p<0.05)。 卵巢囊腫患牛經治療後之受胎率,第 1 組為 77.8%,第 2 組為 25.0% ,第 3 組 (對照組 ) 為 0%;第 1 組與第 2 組、對照組間呈顯著差異 (p<0.05)。子宮頸 腫大之牛隻因無法治療而予以淘汰。本試驗結果:乳牛繁殖障礙原因以子宮內膜炎發生率最 高,但原因不明者仍佔 20.5%,有待進一步探討。 子宮內膜炎患牛以 Lotagen �馱� FM 治 療可有效提高配種受胎率,卵巢疾病可廣泛地應用 GnRH 來提高其配種受胎率。 |
英文摘要 | A linear-array ultrasound scanner with 7.5 MH transducer was evaluated for the study of the etiology of reproductive disorder in dairy cows. In order to treat the cause, some drugs were administrated to dairy cows with reproductive disorder. A total of 46 cows with endometritis were allocated to four groups:group 1, 17 cows treated with 4% Lotagen��; group 2, 17 cows with FM; group 3,5 cows with PGF;and group 4,8 cows as non-medicated control group. A total of 21 cows with ovarian atrophy or dysfunction were allocated into 4 groups: group 1,5 cows treated with GnRH; group 2, 6 cows with PMSG and HCG; group 3,5 cows with acupuncture; and group 4,5 cows as non-medicated control group. A total of 25 cows with follicular cyst wer allocated into 3 groups: group 1,9 cows treated with GnRH; Group 2,8 cows with HCG; and group 3,8 cows as non-medicated control group. The results of therapy were evaluated by observation of conception rate per rectum at two months after treatment. The causes of infertility in cows were endometritis, ovarian atrophy or dysfunction, ovarian of cyst and cervical myoma (39.3%,20.5%,18.0% and 1.7%, respectively). Reproductive organs of 24 infertile cows (20.5%) were normal by examining per rectum and ultrasound scanner. The infertile cows with endometritis receiving 4% Lotagen �� (group 1)and FM (group 2) had higher conception rates than did both PGF and non-medicated control group (75.0% & 70.6%vs.20.0% & 12.5%, respectively). The comparative treatment effects of group 1, group 2, group 3, and group 4 with ovarian atrophy or dysfunction were 60.0%, 50%, 40%, and 20% (p<0.05). The treatmnt of GnRH was effective (p<0.05) in infertile cows with follicular cyst. This study indicates that the foremost causes of reproductive disorder in cows were endometritis, ovarian atrophy or dysfunction, and follicular cyst. Infertility in cows with normal reproductive organs should be researched further. The cows with endometritis receiving 4% Lotagen �� or FM had high conception rates as did those receiving GnRH for follicular cyst. |
