中文摘要 | 現今的產品,為了人體工學、視覺美觀的因素,常設計了相當精巧的曲線,所以切割出來的零件常具有複雜曲面的特徵,這些複雜曲面通常造成了判斷零件的可脫模性上,相當大的困擾,在模具設計的流程中將會增加相當多的時間。基於這樣的原因,本文提出一個判斷可脫模性的方法,利用自由曲面上三角化之後所得到的法向量的分佈情形,進行運算,若判斷為可脫模模型,並計算出可脫模模型的脫模範圍,使用圓錐表示之,此圓錐既稱為脫模角,過程所需的時間複雜度為O(nlogn);若判斷為不可脫模模型則所需要的時間複雜度為O(n)。 |
英文摘要 | Today, the products are manufactured according to ergonomics and artistic. So, engineers usually design an object with exquisite shapes. Before the products are manufactured, they will be segment to several parts with machinability. Those parts usually have the feature of free-form surface. However, it is difficult to determine whether those parts are partible or not. In designing process, it will waste time on determining parting directions. For this reason, we generate a method for checking partibility by using the relations of the normal vectors of shapes. If the mold was decided as partible object, the process would evaluating the range of the parting directions. Also, the result of parting directions will be demostrated by one cone named parting cone. The total procedures of determining partibililty require O(n) time. |
