中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討舞者身體組成學期前、後之差異情形;並以131位國立臺灣體育學院舞蹈系女性專長學生為對象;以身體組成分析儀(inBody3.0)實施身體組成測量方法;分析其身體組成。結果發現學期前舞者體脂肪百分比為23.44±3.86%,肌肉量(身體總水量加蛋白質)為72.02±6.58,骨質為4.47±0.3%,水分為52.73±4.94%。經16週的課程訓練發現,體脂肪百分比明顯下降,但肌肉量、骨質量及水分明顯增加(p<.05)。但三者之間民族舞者身體質量指數明顯較芭蕾舞者高。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study were to investigate the effect of body composition after 15 weeks of dancing course training on dancing major at National Taiwan College of Physical Education. One hundreds thirty-one females dancing major students, included 42 modern, 33 ballet, and 56 traditional dancers, volunteer as subjects to participate the study. Body composition, BMI, muscle volume, bone mass, and water content measured by Body 3.0 at pre and post course training. One-way ANOVA was used to data analysis among three dancing groups. Scheffe post t comparisons were used to compare the difference between two groups if F value is significant difference, Alpha level was set at .05. The findings are as followsl: 1. All of the subjects in the % body fat were significant decreased and, muscle mass, bone mass, and water content increased (p<.05) after 16 weeks of dancing course. 2. No different was found in any body composition variables among three dancing majors. However, the BMI for modern dancing majors was higher than the ballet dancers. |
