中文摘要 | 本研究的目的旨在探討美髮從業人員的工作滿意度,透過對美髮從業人員的人口統計變項、及可能影響工作滿意的環境變項的問卷結果,藉以探討其的因果關係作為美髮企業之行政階層管理人員在人力推展措施方面的參考。本研究利用『美髮從業人員工作滿意度量表』來進行量化分析,針對北中南區之美髮從業人員共發出450份問卷,回收354份,回收率77%,扣除72份廢卷後,獲得有效問卷273份,經過回收問卷整理進行後,以SPSS統計軟體進行整理實證分析,發現人口統計變項對於環境變項的滿意度方面呈現顯著性差異,年齡高、工作經驗愈長、服務年資愈久、工作職稱較高與平均收入愈多者,其工作滿意度愈。而在工作環境方面,受測者對於「與顧客間的相處快」的滿意度最高;整體而高,影響美髮從業人員在工作滿意的最重要因素為「人際關係」。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to study hairdresser’s satisfaction in their job. The results of this survey analyze changes in the statistics on hairdressers population, and the possible effect of the changing environment on job satisfaction. The goal is to understand the reasons hairdressers as a valuable reference to Human Resource departments in these franchises. This study sent out a total of 450 surveys, and received 345 in return (which is a return rate of 77%). Of the returned surveys, 72 were invalid giving an effective total of 273 completed forms. After study and analysis here are the results: According to the statistics on job changes, there are dramatic differences due to environment and job satisfaction. Older, longer-serving, more experienced, higher position, higher average income people are scores highest… In terms of satisfaction, a good relationship with customers scores highest. Overall the essential reason that affects hairdressers job satisfaction is inter-personal relationships. |
