中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在透過系統觀察法,探索體育教師教學行為。針對體育教育學現況模式及體育教師教學時間分配。研究對象以三位不同資歷之國小體育教師教學做比較,在教學類及非教學類,教學管理、概念分享,練習與觀察,所得資料經系統觀察法皆析,發現教學資歷與單元教學現況模式,均以"身體活動為主","教學資歷與概念分享之時間成正比",從經驗法則分析,資深教師較善用單元教學特性與重視學童個別差異,並給予正面的回饋。 |
英文摘要 | The study aims to explore the instructional behavior of physical education teachers. Systems observation is applied in the study to examine the current instructional model and time distribution of physical education teachers. The current paper, taking three physical education teachers with various qualifications and experience as samples, compares instructional management, concept sharing, practice, and observation under two categories-instruction and non-instruction. The findings of the study suggest that both instructional qualifications and experience and the current model of unit instruction focus on "physical exercise chiefly" and "instructional qualifications and experience directly proportional to the time of concept sharing". Based on the experience law, richly experienced teachers adopt the characteristics of unit instruction better and emphasize individual difference, and then return students positive feedback. |
