中文摘要 | 近年來,將生物材料礦化成為陶瓷材料的研究,已成為一股風潮。吾人選擇廢棄的木材作為本研究的起始材料,首先將木材在還原氣氛下碳化,再置於高溫下抽真空將熔融矽灌入木材陶瓷中,藉由碳熱還原反應生成有如木材多孔結構般的碳化矽。最後利用掃瞄式電子顯微鏡及X光繞射分析儀觀察成品的顯微結構及晶相。 |
英文摘要 | In the recent years, the research of the ceramic material mineralized from the biomaterial has become a popular trend and been widely used in many applications. The discarded timber was selected as the raw materials. The wood was carbonized at 800℃ for 2 hours with inert gas. We selected the carbonized wood as the porous template. Porous SiC ceramic with a woodlike microstructure was prepared by carbothermal reduction reaction at high temperature .This kind of porous bio-template was fabricated by infiltrating liquid silicon into woodceramics under vaccum. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction can characterize and analyze their microstructures and phase identification of woodceramics and porous SiC ceramics. |
