中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解高等教育學府E化通識教育中知識分享現況,並探究影響高等教育學府通識教育教師知識分享的影響因素,進而提出相關建議,俾供學校促進教師知識分享的參考。研究目的包括探究通識教育教師知識分享狀況,分析通識教育老師,因教師個人因素與學校背景因素對教師的影響,檢視團隊機制對教師知識分享之影響。而用一個個案,正修科技大學套裝軟體整合應用課程設計、發展、教材e化實際運作情形,來檢視組織知識分享模型,並對主動需求、主動意願、主動行為模型,提出驗證結果,並進一步探討對知識創造的外溢效果。 |
英文摘要 | This research aims at understanding that shares the present situation in e-learning for general education of institution of higher learning of higher education, it influences the open influence factor that knows and educates teacher's knowledge to share of institution of higher learning of higher education and probe into, and then propose the relevant suggestion, in order to for the school to promote the reference that shares of teacher's knowledge. Study the purpose including probing into and knowing openly and educating teacher's knowledge to share the state, analyse that knows and educates a teacher openly, because teacher's personal factor and impact on teacher of school background factor, the influence of inspecting group's mechanism and sharing to teacher's knowledge. And use a case, repair the software package integration application of Cheng Shiu University and combining and using course designing , develop, teaching material e actual operation situation, come to inspect to organize knowledge to share models, and to initiative demand, initiative will, initiative behavior model, propose verifying the result, and probe into the result of overflowing created to knowledge further. |
