| 中文摘要 | 本研究評估二種界面活性劑(Triton X-100 及 Tween 80)及一油溶性營美劑(Inipol EAP 22)添加對土壤吸附之naphthalene生物分解影響,Corynebacterium renale為唯一植種之naphthalene分解菌。添加0.2% (v/v)Triton X-100或Tween 80不會對napthalene 生物分解造成影響。然而使用0.2% Inipol明顯促進napthalene生物分解。但於植種高密度植種分植菌時,0.2% Inipol添加對naphthalene分解促進效果變為不明顯,在添加2% Inipol卻造成嚴重抑制生物分解作用。本研究發展一模式,結合脫附、生物分解及植種菌衰減等因素,用於解釋以上實驗結果。模式模擬指出添加Inipol增加naphthalene生物分解作用,主要是Inipol促進naphthalene自土壤脫附作用。 |
| 英文摘要 | Two surfactants (Triton X 100 and Tween 80) and an olephilic fertilizer (Inipol EAP 22) were evaluated for their effects on mineralization of soil-sorbed naphthalene. A naphthalene-degrading culture, Corynebacterium renale, was employed as the sole inoculumm. 0.2% (v/v) of either Triton X100 or Tween 80 had no effects on mineraliation of naphthalene. In contrast, 0.2% Inipol significantly enhanced mineralization of naphthalene. However, if a high-density inoculum was present, the enhancement became insignificant. The application of high concentrations (2.2%) of Inipol caused serious inhibition of mineralization. A simple theoretical model considering desorption, biodegradation, and decay of inoculum was developed to describe the results. The fitting results indicated that Inipol faciliatated mineralization of soil-sorbed naphthalene by enhancing desorption. |
