中文摘要 | 本研究係建構技術學院商管群學生統計課程學習動機與學習策略量表,並瞭解其學習動機與學習策略使用情形。針對北部及中部技術學院日間部商管群修習統計學學生發出580份問卷,完成統計課程學習動機量表與統計課程學習策略量表,共得有效樣本485份,有效回收率為84%,以描述統計、因素分析、重複量數變異數分析等統計方法分析資料,研究發現技術學院商管群學生統計課程學習動機分為四個構面,分別為內在目標取向、外在目標取向、價值與自我效能,其中學生對統計價值的知覺最高,而學習的自我效能最低,因此加強培養學生的信心,有助於他們對統計課程學習動機的提昇。統計課程學習策略有六個構面,分別為選擇注意、組織與精緻化、監控、調整、環境管理與努力管理,而學生較常使用努力管理、環境管理及選擇注意,其次是組織精緻化與調整策略,最後是監控策略。 |
英文摘要 | After designing a questionnaire on learning motivation and learning strategies in learning Statistics among day-time Business students at Northern and Mid Taiwan Colleges, this study results to an understanding of the students learning motivation and learning strategies. From among the 580 participants of the study, who were students of Statistics in various Colleges, there was an 84% of returned response coming from 485 participants. The study employed descriptive analysis, factor analysis and repeated measure ANOVA to gather the following results: students' learning motivation and learning strategies are classified into four aspects: intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, values and self-efficiency. There are students who have high regard for the value of Statistics, yet learning of self-efficiency is at its lowest. This points to the need of providing students with training in self-confidence, in order to increase learning motivation. The learning strategies used for learning Statistics include six areas: selective observation, organizing and compacting, monitoring, adjusting, managing environment and effort. Students commonly employ management of effort and environment and selective observation, secondarily though, they make use of organizing and compacting, adjusting, and very rarely, monitoring strategies. |
