中文摘要 | 本研究從系統思考的角度分析營造廠及供應商之間的材料供應鏈流程,而找出其影響參數,利用系統動態模擬軟體 PowerSim建立鋼筋之供應鏈模式,並透過此模式針對供應商及營造廠雙方立場去探討營建業鋼筋物料供需之問題,並找出供需雙方之各種行為模式,本模式以系統動態的觀念為基礎,跳脫以往之靜態思考,改以動態之回饋環路方式分析,同時藉由系統動態模擬方式簡化繁雜的數學模式,同時,此模式經模擬驗證之後與本實際案例結果相符,證明利用系統動態的觀念模擬營建材料供應鏈系統是為一可行之作法,未來亦可作為此模式或觀念於營建產業決策支援之應用。 |
英文摘要 | The research analyzes the construction material supply chain behavior between construction company and material supplier from the viewpoint of system. The research build a supply chain model by utilizing the simulation software of system dynamics, Powersim and explores the problems of demand-supply between the construction company and supplier. The research also explores the behavior of the supplier chain. The model built the research is built by the concept of dynamic system simulation instead of mathematics model which will simplify the complexity of setting up the model. Simultaneously, the accuracy of the model is proven to be matched with the real world case the research presented after verification. The result shows building a model using dynamic system simulation is a feasible and efficient way. The model will also be implemented for decision support in the future. |
