中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的在於去除揮發性有機氣體 (VOCs) 吸附劑再生技術的開發。為了達成研究目的,我們將金屬含浸在沸石上,再利用黏合劑 (SiO2) 黏合沸石,隨後成型且煅燒,製成粒狀之吸附劑。在研究中,我們找出最適當的金屬觸媒為鉑。使用鉑當作活化點之主要功能在於降低燃燒之溫度,以節省觸媒再生時輔助燃料的費用;並幫助吸附劑內之揮發性有機物燃燒更完全,增加吸附劑之使用壽命。為了獲得最佳再生條件及了解觸媒活性衰減之特徵,在研究中我們利用多項測試及特性分析工具: 1. 貫流曲線 (Breakthrough curve) 以估算其吸附容量 (adsorption capacity),2. EXAFS (Extended X-ray Absorption Fine Structure Spectroscopy)以提供沸石上鉑定量結構資料, 3. 紅外線光譜 (Fourier transform Infrared) 以分析乙醇脫附之動態。經估算 Pt/Y、Y及 V/Y之吸附量分別為 0.061、0.059及 0.047克乙醇 /克吸附劑。 |
英文摘要 | The goals of this study are to develop adsorbent regeneration technique for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) destruction and to investigate the role of Pt clusters in air regeneration process. To implement the research goals, pellet adsorbent was prepared by impregnating metal precursors in zeolite, mixing with silica binder, and following with extrusion and calcinations. The experimental results indicated that regeneration temperature can significant be decreased by the addition of Pt in zeolite and lead to a reduction of auxiliary energy required for regeneration. In order to understand the role of Pt several testing and characterization techniques have been used: breakthrough curve for the estimation of adsorption capacity, extended X-ray adsorption fine structure (EXAFS) for structure characterization of Pt clusters, and Fourier transform Infrared (FT-IR) for surface species adsorbed on the adsorbents. Estimates adsorptive capacity of Pt/Y, Y and V/Y respectively is 0.061, 0.059 and 0.047 g EtOH/g absorbent. |
