中文摘要 | 隨著時序的更迭,社會文明的進步,體育運動商品化的趨勢愈演愈烈,以美國的國家籃球協會(National Basketball Association,簡稱NBA)為首,籃球運動已便成一項新興且醒目的文化經濟活動。NBA聯盟經營籃球運動的成功,使全球各地推展籃球運動的組織眼紅不已,紛紛群起效法,臺灣也不例外。本文將先簡述國際運動商品化的趨勢及利弊,接著,剖析臺灣職籃在運動商品化下發展的問題,期望使讀者,對臺灣職籃的曇花一現有更深入的了解,檢討臺灣職籃的經驗,不但可提供其他臺灣職業運動發展做為參考,更能做為日後職籃起死回生的前車之鑑。再則,在一般體育學術論述中,以專業體育技能及實際臨場經驗為大宗的情況下,本文冀以經濟面及文化面的角度為出發點,補足在體育運動論述中此方面的不足。 |
英文摘要 | With the changing international sports environment, the worldwide trend of sports commodification is generally on the rise in recent years. Led by the American National Basketball Association (NBA), basketball has become a new and prosperous cultural and economic activity. The success of American NBA has triggered an emulation movement among basketball associations from many countries, and Taiwan is no exception. This essay firstly articulates the pros and cons of the sports commodification trend, followed by analysis of problems in the development of Taiwan’s professional basketball—Chinese Basketball Association (CBA), hoping that readers can gain insights towards the demise of CBA. Moreover, debriefing the experience of CBA contributes to the development of other professional sports in Taiwan, and to future re-establishment of domestic professional basketball. Finally, departing from the point of culture and marketing, this essay also hopes to enrich the sports literatures, which traditionally focus on professional skills and competition experiences. |
