中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在比較短跑選手與長跑選手分別於60°/sec.I20°/sec,240 °/sec三種等速速度時,連續做50次最大努力伸膝與收膝運動之後,其肌力及耐 力的差異,並比較右腿和左腿的伸膝肌在三種速度時,達到最大肌力的收縮時 間。 10名短跑選手(男女各5名)與10名長跑選手(男女各5名)志願接受測驗,平均年齡 22.30歲,身高167.15公分,體重58.48公斤,以Cybex 1+等速運動測量儀測驗之後 所蒐集的資料分成四組(男短跑組,女短跑組,男長跑組,女長距組)以獨立樣本 單因子變異數分析,及N-K氏組平均數法做事後比較,而得到下列結論:1.隨著速 度的增加各組左右腿的伸膝肌與屈肌的肌力亦隨著下降。2.左右腿伸膝肌與屈膝 肌的肌力,男生較女生為優,以男短跑組的肌力為最大。雖然短跑組的肌力大於 長跑組的肌力,但是未達顯著水準(P=0.05)。3.H/Q的比例隨著速度的增加而上 升,顯示屈膝肌在較快速度時可以比在較慢速度時能夠發揮較大的肌力。4.各組 的等速耐力以功輸出量做比較時,較能顯示出各組的差異,而以男短跑組的做功 量較佳。若以收縮的次數比較時以女長跑組的表現較佳,女短跑組約次數表現最 低。5.各組達到最大肌力的收縮時間,短跑組短於長跑組,但是其差異並不顯著。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated maximal voluntary muscular torque outputand the time to peak torque contraction at three functional speedsduring 50 reciprocal isokinetic contractions using the Cybex II + dynamometer. Flexor and extensor muscle groups of both knees were testedat 60, 120, and 240° /sec on 10 university long distance runners (5men and 5 women) and 10 university sprinters (5 men and 5 women)between the ages of 20 and 29. The Isokinetic endurance was measured by having each subjectperform 50 maximal contractions of quadriceps and hamstring musclegroups of both knees at three speeds. When the peak torque valuesof contractions dropped below 60 of the maximum strength demonstrated in the nonfatigued condition, determined the maximum numbersof repetitions performed in excess of 60 of peak torque. The resultsindicate:1) Torque decreased as the speed of exercise increased.2) Sprinters demonstsated greater strength than long distance runners but there was no significant difference between female runners.3) The ratio of strength of hamstring and quadriceps muscle groups was increased as the speed of exercise increased. The ratio was between 48.8 and 84.2.4) Female long distance runners performed greater muscular endurance than female sprinters.5) Sprinters were faster than long distance runners on the time to peak torque contraction. |
