中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討乾癬患者生理、心理、社會層面所面臨的衝擎及其相關因素, 樣本來源是臺北某家醫學中心之皮膚科病人,以立意取樣,共收案86人。所收集資料以描述 性統計法、one-way ANOVA、Pearson correlation進行統計分析。研究結果顯示:(1)在 生理方面,最多的問題是癢(79.1%),其次依序為鱗屑(77.9%)、皮疹(70.9%)等。(2)在心 理層面方面,81.4%的病人對疾病經常復發感到心煩,得分最高。59.3%的病人覺得出院後需 要長期治療塗藥對日常生活造成不便,48.8%的病人感受到別人以異樣的眼光看他們,61.6% 同意其乾癬復發和生活壓力有關。(3)在社會層面方面,61.6%的病人不敢從事需暴露身體 的活動,36%盡量避免外出。(4)34歲以下患者其心理衝擊得分顯著高於65歲以上患者,另 外,有工作的患者心理衝擊得分顯著高於無工作者。本研究結果,可作為護理人員提供乾癬 病人護理活動之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the physical and psychosocial impacts and their related factors on patients with psoriasis. A survey was conducted with convenience sampling to a total of 86 patients from the department of dermatology at a medical center in Taipei. Descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation were applied to analyze the data. The results were as follows: Physically, the most common symptoms were itching (79.1%), scaling (77.9%), and plaque (70.9%). Psychologically, 81.4% of the patients were upset with recurrence of the disease and 59.3% were bothered with long-term treatment, while 48.8% of the patients felt being stared because of psoriasis. Socially, 61.6% of the patients thought that the recurrence of psoriasis was related to stress. 61.6% of the patients avoided common social activities and 36% avoided leaving their own homes. The patients in the group below the age of 34 had significantly higher psychological scores than those of the patients in the group above the age of 65. Employed patients have significantly higher psychological scores than those of unemployed patients. The results of this study can be applied as a reference for nurses when they take care of psoriasis patients. |
