中文摘要 | 本研究採用評估耐火時效中之斷面尺度因子反斷面展開之觀念,將工程上常見不 同尺寸之 H 型鋼骨構件展開成為 45 公分平方不同厚度的鋼板後加以被覆, 製成小尺度試 體, 並以 CNS 12514 所規定之火災標準溫度曲線對小尺度試體進行單向度加熱模式的實際 耐火試驗,以瞭解耐火時效 (t)、鋼材的斷面尺度因子 (W/D) 以及被覆村料厚度 (T) 間的 關係。研究結果顯示,多向度受熱的被覆鋼骨樑構件確實可依斷面尺度因子轉換成為單向度 受熱的小尺度試體進行耐火性能評估,但需考慮兩者間水分蒸發情況不同及高溫時小尺度試 體熱損失的影響。 |
英文摘要 | On the basis of the section scale factor and sectional unfold, this st udy converts H shape steel elements into the size of 45cmx45cm steel plates with different thicknesses. These plates are coated and manufac-tured to small scale speciments. By applying standard time-temperature curve under CNS 12514 specification and using one dimensional heated model for small scale specimen to proceed the fire resisting test, the relationship among the variables of t (fire resistance rating), T (coating material thickness) and W/D (section scale factor of steel) is established. The result shows that the fire rating of coated three-dimension H shape elements can be evaluated by using test specimens of small scale steel plates. However, the difference of water evaporation and heat lost be-tween small scale specimens and actual steel elements should be consid-e red. |
