中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在探討身心障礙學生關於生涯發展上所遭遇的生涯阻礙,研究者以社會認知生涯理論為訪談架願,針對身心障礙大專院校學生進行深度訪談,從受仿者的訪談資料分析整理中我們所得到的研究發現如下:身心障礙學生因其自身之身心障礙而容易造成成自我概念低,且常自覺牲涯選擇受限,而容易出現對自己的生涯低自我效能及結果預期,造成生涯阻礙。同時也因自身的障礙讓其家人對於他們的生涯發展低期待,而限制其生涯探索的機會,進而造成生涯阻礙。綜合上述研究結果,可以提供相關機構對於身心障礙大專院校學生在生涯輔導上的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The goal of this paper-probes into the encountered problems of career development for disabled college students. Based on the social-cognitive career theory to be the interview structure, we interviewed disabled students deeply. According to the analyzed data, we observed several valuable results: Because of their disability, disabled students showed to be low self-concept and they thought their career choice is limited; therefore they expected a low self-efficacy in career and resulted in career barrier. Meanwhile, due to the barrier of themselves, their family also gave low expectation in career development of disabled students, and that will limit the career exploration. We hope these results can be helpful to the career counseling of disabled students. |
