中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的,是以文化差異面向探討技術學院原住民新生入學後,由於環境的改變、人際的互動及課程和學習活動的加入,對個人內在的影響及改變的經驗。本研究是採深度訪談的方式,訪談對象的選擇,是九十一學年度入學長庚技術學院之原住民新生,分別來自台灣的北部、中部、南部及東部原住民偏遠地區的國中,以立意取樣的方式進行,共有十六位原住民新生參與訪談。資料分析以紮根理論方式進行,獲得六項主題:1.由原住民學生佔相對多數的學習環境,到原住民學生佔相對少數的學習環境的經驗;2.不喜歡原住民身份太突顯;3.對原住民或身為原住民的看法;4.課業學習有困難;5.入學前後與平地生的相處經驗;6.入學前後與原住民生的相處經驗。並建構出原住民新生入學後適應的內在經驗模式,應可提供有關單位或機構改善原住民技職教育之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this presented study is to investigate the adjustment process among aborigine adolescents during the period from the point where they have left home villages for the schooling to the point where they might be partially or completely be settled down at a non-aboriginal school setting. This study adopts the grounded theory, one qualitative research method, to explore theaborigine adolescents' experiences of adjustment from their viewpoint. The subjects were 16 aboriginal freshmen of Chang Gung Institute of Technology who enrol1ed in the school at 2002. The data were col1ected through depth interview and analyzed by grounded theory method. The results include six themes: from majority to minority, expecting to be treated equal1y, the concept about aboriginal people, the difficulties of learning, the experience and interaction with majority, the experience and interaction with aboriginal students. And one model of aboriginal freshmen experience was also constructed. |
