英文摘要 | The research is for the purposes of evaluating the effects of peer tutoring applied in nursing skill learning in the courses of human physical examination. A quasi-experiment research design was employed in this study. The results of this study were listed: (1) Scores of written test, skill tests, skill retention test and academic achievements in experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group. (2) There was significant correlation between the scores of written test, the periods of skill practices, the scores of skill tests, the scores of academic achievements and the scores of skill retention test. (3) The scores of written test, the periods of skill practices, the scores of skill tests and the cores of academic achievements had significantly positive correlation with the score of skill retention test. (4) The peer tutors and subjects perceived the satisfactions on the program of peer tutoring. The Likert’s 5-points scores of learning attitudes in peer tutors and subjects were separately 4.75 and 4.41. The peer tutors felt that peer tutoring on nursing skill leaning played an important role. Besides shortening the distance between the teachers and students, the instruction of peer tutoring could improve the tutor’s skills of communication, foster patience and responsibility, and by the teaching process they acquired more confidence and made a great achievement. The subjects who received the teaching from peer tutors felt that the same age in peer tutors and subjects relieved the pressure of learning and claimed an aggressive attitude towards nursing skill learning in the courses of the human physical assessment. |
