中文摘要 | 政府近年來為使水產養殖業者能正確並充分利用有限之水資源,正大力推廣循環 水養殖,期使養殖池水能在經適當之處理後,再度循環使用,以達到穩定水質與省水效果。 本研究旨在觀察屏東技術學院內之日本鰻 (Anguilla japonica) 養殖池, 在三種不同的過 濾循環處理設施下,其池中動物性浮游生物群落之組成與數量變化,以作為過濾循環處理設 施對養殖環境改善效果之評估,並可作為推廣使用之依據。本次試驗中,屏東技術學院內之 各試驗池, 池水受有機物污染之程度大約相當於α - mesosaprobic 或β - mesosaprobic 等級。在本試驗中,三種過濾處理設施皆可提高動物性浮游生物之平均種類數與種歧異度指 數,且其種歧異度指數波動幅度低於對照池。依種歧異度指數評估,試驗池與對照池之水質 多處於中度污染狀態,但有過濾處理者,其水質狀況較佳。本試驗處理設施以網袋式過濾循 環可達較佳之處理效果,結合網袋式與毛刷生物過濾處理者次之,懸掛式毛刷過濾處理者又 次之。 |
英文摘要 | Water resource is limited in Taiwan, the government authority is encouraging fish farmers to set up water recycling systems to reduce water consumption in aquaculture industry. The present study investigated the influence of three water recycling systems on zooplankton communities in eel (Anguilla japonica) culture ponds. The efficiencies of these systems are compared and evaluated for extension purpose. The organic loading of all pond water in the experiment was equivalent to α -mesosaproblic or β -mesosaproblic level. All the three systems were able to increase the mean number of zooplankton species. Furthermore, The fluctuation of diversity index (H') was smaller in the treated ponds than in the control pond. The water quality of both treated and control pond was at medium polluted level. However, it was better in the treated ponds than in the control ponds. Using diversity index as the evaluation tool, the efficiency of radial screen filter system was the best among these systems, followed by radial screen filter plus brush filter system, with brush filter system being the latest. |
