中文摘要 | 本實驗的目的探討麩胺酸鈉(glutamate, Glu)在貓延腦升壓區內吻端之腹外側區(rostral ventrolateral medulla, RVLM)及背區(dorsomedial medulla, DM)所引發之血壓(systemic arterial pressure, SAP)上升及椎交感神經活性(vertebral nerve activity, VNA)的改變。引發後反應之訊號經由快速傅立葉轉換(Fast Fourier Transform, FFT)作頻譜分析,以探討SAP與VNA變化之相關性。實驗動物用貓,利用尿酯及醛糖之混合物行腹腔注射麻醉,紀錄SAP、心跳(heart rate, HR)及VNA。實驗結果,在12隻動物裏,將Glu(0.1莫耳,70奈升)微量注射於RVLM(n=18)或DM(n=16),引發SAP上升及VNA增加。在基礎狀態下APS(autopower spectrum, APS)峰值,SAP的落在2-3 Hz頻帶,VNA的落在1-2 Hz頻帶,SAP與VNA之關聯值(coherence value)為0.60。注射Glu於RVLM後,SAP訊號經頻譜分析,APS峰值仍在2-3 Hz頻帶,VNA之APS最大峰值由1-2 Hz移至2-3 Hz,SAP與VNA之關聯值由0.60上升至0.80。若將Glu提高劑量(1.0M, 70nL),SAP及VNA增加得更明顯,VNA訊號之APS在2-60 Hz也增加;但SAP與VNA之關聯值呈下降(0.28)。在DM注射Glu(0.1M, 70nL),SAP之APS峰值落在2-3 Hz頻帶,VNA之APS並無明顯之峰值;但在2-15 Hz之功率均有顯著增加,惟其關聯值由0.6下降至0.4。從實驗得知:SAP與VNA之APS和關聯值在RVLM及DM間不同,存有相當差異。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of changes in systemic arterial pressure (SAP) and vertebral nerve activity (VNA) induced by glutamate (Glu) in the rostral ventrolateral (RVLM) and dorsomedial (DM) medulla. The Glu induced responses were analyzed with autopower spectrum (APS) by Fast Fourier transform (FET) to study the relationship between SAP and VNA in RVLM and DM. Twelve adult cats were anesthesized with urethane (400 mg/kg) and α-chloralose (40 mg/kg). SAP, mean SAP, heart rate (HR) and VNA were recorded. Microinjections of Glu (0.1 m, 70nL) into the RVLM (n=18) or DM (n=16) produced increases in SAP and VNA. Under resting condition the peak APS of SAP in the RVLM and DM was found at the frequency band of 2-3 Hz while the peak APS of VNA was found at the frequency band of 1-2 Hz. The coherence value between SAP and VNA was 0.6. After Glu in RVLM the peak APS in SAP still remained at the frequency band 2-3 Hz while that of the VNA was shifted to 2-3 Hz. The coherence value was increased to 0.8 microinjection of a high dose of Glu (1.0 M, 70 nL) produced marked increase in SAP and VNA and decrease in coherence value (0.28). Meanwhile, after Glu in DM the APS of SAP was found at the band of 2-3 Hz, without specific APS peak in the VNA. The coherence value was decreased to 0.4. These findings suggest that differences in APS of SAP and VNA and coherence value exist in the RVLM and DM. |
