中文摘要 | 面臨日趨複雜且多元化之健康醫療體系、全民健保政策的實施、及消費者意識提高等衝擊,運用一具整合性之概念教學方式以培養並提昇護生或護理人員之統合能力,以有效解決臨床個案問題實為潮流所需。本研究採單組重覆測量類實驗法,旨於探討實施專業護理概念教學方案運用統合應用策略後,二技日間部一般護生之統合能力是否有提昇。經由集數取樣選取之某二技護理系日間部52名一般生,接受連續三學期之專業護理概念教學及三次各為期12天之臨床實習,護生於每個實習所撰寫之個案報告即以自訂之資料編碼架構進行資料之質性量化分析。研究結果顯示護生之統合應用能力在後測II有顯著進步情形,然在後測III卻有顯著退步現象,表護生之統合應用能力雖有進步但仍不甚穩定。未來此研究在因素之控制應做修正。本研究結果推論專業護理概念教學方案及策略對未來技職護理教育有潛在性之展望。 |
英文摘要 | Facing the impact of the dynamic health care system, the ad min is tra tion of na tion al healthcare policy, and con sum ers' rights for high quality care, it is essential to utilize a synthesized professional nursing concept teaching system to enhance the in te gra tion ability of student nurses to solve clinical problems efficiently. Using a time se ries quasi-ex per i men tal design with cluster sampling method, the purpose of this study was to examine the out comes of 52 two-year bac ca lau re ate nursing students' in te gra tion ability, after professional nursing concept centered teaching, utilizing in te gra tion strategy. The intervention in clud ed three-semesters of professional nursing concepts instruction, with integration strat e gy education, and three 12-day clinical practice sessions following each course. Using content analysis, the data of three case studies after the clinical prac tice were numericalized. Results showed student nurs es' integration ability im proved sig nif i cant ly after post test II; however, it decreased significantly after the post test III. Find ings indicated im prove ment of stu dent nurses' integration abil i ty is not stable; however, this teaching strategy implies an essential value in the two-year nursing education program. |
