中文摘要 | 本研究的目的是在探討陳式老架一路太極拳八十三式運動的生物能量分析。個案研究之受試者年齡43歲,身高167公分,體重63.5公斤,功齡六年,每週以三至五次練習為主。藉由中谷義雄良導絡理論,探手足共24穴位生物能量檢測,探討太極拳運動前,運動後五、十、二十分鐘之生物能量值之變化情形。經Excel統計處理後,結果發現,太極拳運動前之檢測值顯著低於運動後五分鐘之生物能值,經絡電阻值降低,生物能量值升高,且生物能量值隨運動後之休息時間長度而降低。這與太極拳運動活化神經系統之傳導,增進神經電流通暢有關,經由電流在細胞內傳導,使細胞膜帶電而產生極化現象。因此,本研究推論,太極拳運動可促進新陳陳謝,經絡循環通暢,疏筋活血之功效,長期修練太極拳可作為養生與預防保健之科學參考依據。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the conditional change of bio-energy as a result of Chen style Tai-Chi Chuan(CSTCC) of old form, first sort, and combine 83 steps movement with a case study. In this case study, the subject who practiced CSTCC 3.-5 times per week and had age of 43 years; height of 167 cm; weight of 63.5 kg, and practice ages of 6 years. The focus of analysis was on the twenty-four key meridian points in human body. The Ryodoraku theory by Yoshio Nakatani was chosen as the theoretical basis for investigation. This integration enabled us to automatically calculate, analyze, and judge the conditional change of before practice and after practice 5, 10, 20 minutes in bio-energy value, which was a reflection of the meridian phenomena. An Excel statistic analysis was cnducted to identify the conditional change between prior practice and post practice 5, 10, 20 minutes of CSTCC. The result indicated that for the prior practice, the bio-energy value was significantly lower than that of the post practice. Additionally, the meridian electric resistance decreased. And then the value of bio-energy decreased as the resting times. This phenomenon is related to the vitalized neural transfer mechanism and smoothed neural electricity, which are triggered by Tai Chi Chuan exercises, these exercises manage to bring up intracellular neural transfer and cause the polarization of cell membrane. The research findings suggest that CSTCC practicing enables metabolism improvement and contributes to smooth blood circulation. The results provide implications for health preservation science. |
