中文摘要 | 為瞭解臺灣地區生產之食米中重金屬(鎘、汞、鉛)含量之現況,於民國93 年2 月至93 年12 月間由各縣市衛生局至各轄區,包括台北縣、桃園縣、新竹縣、基隆市、宜蘭縣、花蓮縣、台東縣、苗栗縣、台中縣、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義市(縣)、台南縣、高雄縣、屏東縣等之碾米廠抽樣一、二期作的食米檢體,分別為69 件及90 件,共159 件,送至本局,並依行政院衛生署公告方法進行分析檢驗。檢測結果,鎘含量總平均值為0.04 ppm (N.D. 0.24 ppm),汞含量總平均值為0.002 ppm (N.D. 0.008 ppm),鉛含量總平均值為0.03 ppm (N.D. 0.11 ppm);第一期作食米檢體中,鎘之平均含量為 0.04 ppm (N.D. 0.12 ppm),汞之平均含量為0.002 ppm (N.D. 0.007 ppm),鉛之平均含量為0.03 ppm (N.D. 0.11 ppm);第二期作食米檢體中,鎘之平均含量為0.05 ppm (0.01 0.24 ppm),汞之平均含量為0.002 ppm (N.D. 0.008 ppm),鉛之平均含量為0.02 ppm (N.D. 0.10 ppm)。檢驗結果鎘、汞及鉛均未超出行政院衛生署公告之,『食米重金屬限量標準』(鎘0.5 ppm 以下,汞0.05 ppm 以下,鉛0.2 ppm 以下)。 |
英文摘要 | In order to understand the contents of heavy metals (cadmium, mercury and lead) of rice in Taiwan, rice samples provided by the rice mills were collected from February to December, 2004. Sixty-nine samples of the first crop rice and ninety samples of the second crop rice were analyzed. The results showed that the total average content of cadmium in rice was 0.04 ppm (N.D. 0.24 ppm), that of mercury was 0.002 ppm (N.D. 0.008 ppm) and that of lead was 0.03 ppm (N.D.~0.11 ppm). The average contents of cadmium, mercury and lead for the first crop rice were 0.04 ppm (N.D. 0.12 ppm), 0.002 ppm (N.D. 0.007 ppm), and 0.03 ppm(N.D. 0.11 ppm), respectively. The average contents of cadmium, mercury and lead for the second crop rice were 0.05 ppm (0.01 0.24 ppm), 0.002 ppm (N.D. 0.008 ppm), and 0.02 ppm (N.D. 0.10 ppm), respectively. In this investigation, all rice samples were under good safety control. The contents of cadmium, mercury and lead in rice were all in compliance with the regulation set by the Department of Health, Executive Yuan. |
