中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討運動前及運動中補充含碳水化合物之飲料對體內疲勞代謝物的產生,以及恢復期疲勞因素清除之影響。以15名健康男性為對象,在80%V02max固定負荷之跑步運動測試前一小時飲用500ml,及運動中每15分鐘飲用150ml之測試飲料直至力竭,測試飲料為:含碳水化合物之飲料(C)(每100nl含4.0g果糖、1.0g蔗糖及1.0g葡萄糖)及水(W),記錄運動時攝氧量,心跳率及運動時間,並在運動前、運動30分鐘、力竭點,以及運動後 10、20、40及60分鐘時採集血液進行生化值之分析。採用重覆量數單因子變異數分析檢定攝取不同飲料之變化,並以相依樣本配對 t 考驗,比較兩組間各時間點之差異,顯著差異水準α=0.05。結果顯示,C組及W組在運動時間、攝氧量、心跳率並無差異,但A組運動時間延長約9.3%。在血液生化值分析上,運動期間兩組粗問血糖(Glucose)、游離脂肪酸(Free fatty acid)、乳酸(Lactate)及血氨(NH3)濃度並無差異;而在恢復期中乳酸(Lactate)及血氨(NH3)濃度之比較,C組在第40分鐘時NH3濃度下降百分率,和第60分鐘時 Lactate 濃度下降百分率明顯大於W組。由以上總結,運動前及運動中補充含碳水化合物之飲料,對運動中血糖、游離脂肪酸、乳酸及血氨膿度並無顯著之影響,但對於在恢復期卻能有效的幫助乳酸及血氨的代謝,有助於周邊疲勞因素的清除,此結果對於必須在數日內或是長時間連續參加耐力型競技運動者而言將有極大之幫助。 |
英文摘要 | During prolonged exercise there was an augmented production of lactate and ammonia (NH3) in the exercised muscle that could be related to the establishment of peripheral fatigue. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of drink supplementation containing carbohydrate on physiology and blood biochemistry in endurance exercise and recovery period. Fifteen untrained healthy males were assigned to drink either carbohydrate beverage (C) or water (W) on two sessions separated by 1 week. The carbohydrate beverage contained 4.0 g fructose, 1.0 g glucose, 1.0 g sucrose per 100 mi. Subjects took C or W 500ml one hour before exercise and 150 mi every 15 min during 80 % of maximal O2 consumption (VO2max) of treadmill exercise. The breath was collected every 10 min during exercise. The concentrations of biochemical parameters were measured pre-exercise, ex-30 rain, and post-exercise at 0, 10, 20, 40 and 60 min. The result indicated that no significant differences were observed between two groups for VO2 and heart rate. The exhausted time for the C & W group was 51.'7+12.8 and 4'7.3+_10.2 min, respectively, which was a 9.3 % increased in C group. The blood glucose and free fatty acid concentration was no significant difference for two groups. Although there was no significant difference in lactate and NH3 concentration for two groups during exercise, but values for W group were always higher than C group. For the recovery period, the results showed that lactate-eliminating rate at post-ex 60min and NH3-eliminating rate at post-ex 40min were significantly higher in C group than in W group. In conclusion, ingestion of carbohydrate beverage before and during exercise might help to increase lactate and NH3-eliminating rate during recovery period. |
