中文摘要 | 本論文提出一套激磁範圍由lkHz到100kHz之電力電子磁性材料特性量測系統。個人電腦(PC)透過人機介面去驅動一新的激磁設備以產生所需之激磁源。利用示波器量取被測鐵心之一次側激磁電流與二次側感應電勢(emf)波形,所量得披形經由IEEE-488匯流排送回PC,然後藉由數值處理方法以獲得鐵心特性迴線(B-H迴線)與鐵損(Core loss)。各種不同磁性材料於不同激磁情況下之量測結果用來驗證本套 系統之性能,並對所提出之量測方法的靈敏度(Sensitivity)與準確度(Accuracy)加以討論。 |
英文摘要 | A PC-based with new excitation measuring method for characterizing magnetic materials under cyclical excitation from 1 kHz to 100 kHz is proposed. The theoretical basis of this proposed method is presented and a practical measuring apparatus is developed. A personal computer (PC) n1th friendly user interface stimulates the new excitation equipment to generate the required excitation sources. Waveforms of the excitation current and induced electromotive force (emf) of the test core are captured by an oscilloscope. The acquired data is routed back to the PC via a IEEE-488 bus. Core-characteristic loop (B versus H loop) and core loss are determined in PC by numerical processing techniques. Some experiments are performed and the results are presented under various excitation conditions to verify the features of the measuring system. The sensitivity and accuracy of the proposed solution are also discussed. |
