中文摘要 | 百合灰黴病由 Botrytis elliptica (Berk.) Cooke引起,乃國內百合春季生產之限制因子之一。為防治該病害,於室內先行篩選有效抑制B. elliptica菌絲生長之藥劑種類,結果顯示二羧亞胺類(撲滅寧、免克寧)、麥角醇合成抑制物(撲克拉、菲克利)、有機銅劑(快得寧)及苯基?咯類(護汰寧)抑制百合灰黴病菌菌絲生長之效果較好,半數有效抑制濃度(Effective concentration for 50 % inhibition, EC50)範圍分別為0.2-231.8、0.016-14.518、1.044-7.467及0.001-0.018 mg/l。於1998年3-4月間,以護汰寧、快得寧、撲克拉及免克寧於神岡地區進行田間單劑防治試驗,施藥四次後之罹病率分別為31.2、46.3、46.5及44.3 %,對照組之發病率則高達68.1 %,顯示護汰寧的保護效果最好,且各試區所得之百合灰黴病菌菌株對護汰寧之感受性一致,其EC50值介於0.003-0.066 mg/l 之間。 |
英文摘要 | Botrytis lily blight, caused by Botrytis elliptica , is one of the limiting factors of lily production during spring in central Taiwan. To control this disease, 19 fungicides distributed in 9 classes were screened in vitro against mycelial growth of B. elliptica . Results showed that mycelial growth was inhibited by dicarboxinides (e.g., procymidone and vinclozolin), ergosterol biosynthesis inhibitors (e.g., prochloraz and hexamizole), organic copper (oxine-copper), and phenylpyrroles (fludioxonil) which had superior effects compared to the others. Their effective concentrations for 50 % inhibition (EC 50 ) were 0.2- 231.8, 0.016- 14.52, 1.044- 7.467, and 0.001- 0.018 mg/l, respectively. Among these effective fungicides, fludioxonil, oxine-copper, prochloraz, and vinclozolin were selected as disease control fungicides for a field trial at Shengan, Taichung County from March to April 1998. After 4 applications, disease incidences of Botrytis lily blight in fludioxonil, oxine-copper, prochloraz, vinclozolin, and control plots were 31.2 %, 46.3 %, 46.5 %, 44.3 %, and 68.1 %, respectively. Results suggested that fludioxonil was the best fungicide for controlling Botrytis lily blight in the field. More than 100 isolates of B. elliptica obtained from infected plants at the end of the field trial showed similar responses to fludioxonil, and their EC 50 values were 0.003- 0.066 mg/l. |
