中文摘要 | 東亞世界在中國文明的深刻影響下,從古代已建立一個文化分享與人才交流的活動 圈。藉由國際關係的建立,使臣往來與貿易互動,圈內各族群長期學習外來文化並加以改 良,使之根植本土,藉以提昇自己的文化水準。雖然中國長期扮演文化輸出的優勢角色, 樂意與周遭國家分享自己的創獲成果,但是在西方近代化的浪潮衝擊下,此種傳統現象已 逐漸轉變,呈現全新的風貌。 在西洋文明的劇烈挑戰下,傳統東亞世界的國際秩序被迫解體,東亞各國依據自己的 文化條件,嚴肅面對外來文明的入侵及挑戰。歷經百餘年的回應與調適,有的國家歷劫重 生屹立於世界舞台,有的國家悲慘分裂淪為武力對抗的競場。在步入二十一世紀的今天, 全球化的浪潮使東亞各國捲入弱肉強食的生存競爭中,從國家至企業皆在極度緊張下努力 經營,以求適存於此環境。 首先是日本以圖文視聽為主要形式的流行文化產業,在傳播媒體與商業資本體系的推 波助瀾下,以星火燎原之勢向亞洲各地蔓延。在台灣,日本電視偶像劇、卡通、廣告、綜 藝節目等,充斥許多電視頻道;書局與租書店,日文時尚出版物與漫畫書總是以精緻的包 裝,陳列在最顯眼的位置;日本的情色文化商品,也藉由網路科技與盜版光碟,擴散到社 會各個角落。都市裡到處開設日式火鍋店、居酒屋、燒烤店、東洋茶坊,還有知名的巨型 百貨公司如三越、高島屋等也已呈現。這些現象說明一個日本化的文化消費空間,已經在 亞洲社會中浮現,也孕育一批追逐日本文化商品的哈日族。 其次近幾年來在韓國戲劇、電玩的衝擊下,亞洲掀起一波哈韓的熱潮,藉由此契機, 韓國的美食、音樂、服飾等商品大量行銷各地,去韓國觀光、購物、整型等活動,也蔚為 時代的潮流,影響文化交流與經貿往來。 似此哈日與哈韓的風潮,除了韓日兩國努力提昇水準,精心設計製作,努力包裝行銷 外,在接受的層面上,還有其值得重視的文化基礎必須加以探討。中國長久以來的文化輸 出,構成東亞世界共通的文化基礎。由於文化形態的相似性,使諸國能深入理解他國的文 化商品,產生欣賞與共鳴。雖然許多國家對日本懷抱愛恨交加的複雜情緒,但是在學習上 仍無法擺脫日本的深刻影響。韓國的衝勁十足,使其急速成長,掃除金融風暴的陰霾,蔚 然成為文化經貿大國。 |
英文摘要 | The Asian world since Ancient Ages has established an active circle to distribute and promote the exchange of ideas influencing Chinese civilization. Ambassadors and trade are, by way of the establishment, an international relationship. In the active circle, every group studies foreign cultures for a long period and ameliorates it. Therefore, foreign superior cultures can transport into Taiwan to enhance the Taiwanese cultural level. Although China plays an advantageous of cultural role. We are glad to distribute our own achievements and results with other countries in the world. However, when we face the western culture, our traditions change gradually into a new style. Under the big challenge of western civilization, the international order of the traditional Asian world is forced to split. East Asian Countries, according to their cultural conditions, are to face the invasion and challenge of foreign culture. We passed the response and amelioration for more than one hundred years. Some Countries strictly encountered disaster, but still exist. Some Countries live on earth, but they engaged in confrontation and competition. In the 21st Century, the tide of globalization brings about the evolution of Asian Countries into a competition of living – the weak are the prey of the strong, which is the law of the jungle. From the Countries to the Business management the response is strictly nervous, in order to survive in the world. Especially, Japanese Fans and Koreans Fans are born in Taiwan. For example, Japanese Cartoons, Korean Psy’s Gangnam Style, Mobiles, Refrigerators, TVs, Movie Stars, etc. are popular. Even more, Japanese food and Korean food move into Taiwan, We couldask: what is Taiwan’s culture? What is Taiwan’s food? Who are Taiwan’s Movie Stars? Taiwan is between Japan and Korea, on how to develop Taiwan’s future living space? It is very important for Taiwan to face the future in the 21st Century. Taiwan has a Giant Country – China, to face it. We hope that Taiwan can face the Asian Business Power Countries; we still have a business living space in East Asia. We desire Taiwan to live as a power country to survive and we could create our economical way to play a role in our world. |
