中文摘要 | 本研究乃探討液狀及粉狀尿素膠應用於粒片板及纖維板之製造,及膠合劑型態、用膠量、熱壓溫度,熱壓時間等製板條件對其成板性質之影響。由結果得知尿素樹脂在高溫噴霧乾燥過程中會進一步產生縮合反應,所得粉狀膠於DSC熱分析過程中未出現放熱峰,而以冷凍乾燥所得粉狀膠則於加熱初期為吸熱狀態,135℃∼150℃則出現放熱峰。粉狀尿素膠應用於粒片板製造時,其成板之靜曲強度及內聚強度可達CNS 2215號標準中對150型粒片板之要求,應用於纖維板製造時,其靜曲強度均可達CNS 9909號標準中對中密度纖維板之要求。粒片板以粉狀尿素膠所製造者,其MOR、MOE及尺寸安定性較相同製板條件下以液狀尿素膠製造者佳,纖維板則以液狀尿素膠所製造者有較高之內聚強度。粉狀及液狀尿素膠用於粒片板及纖維板製造時,在用膠量6∼10%間,其成板之機械強度及尺寸安定性均隨用膠量增加而提高。粉狀尿素膠應用於粒片板或纖維板製造時,熱壓溫度150℃者或熱壓時間8分鐘者,其成板之性質優於熱壓溫度130℃者或熱壓時間6分鐘者。 |
英文摘要 | Feasibilities of particleboards and fiberboards made with liquid and powdered urea formaldehyde adhesives were investigated in this study. The results were summarized as follows: When urea formaldehyde resins was processed through high temperature spray-drying, degree of resin condensation was increased slightly. During the DSC-thermograms analysis, powdered resins that were dried by spray-drying had no well-marked exothermal peak, but those dried by freeze drier absorbed heat at the initial stage of heating, and then exothermal peak appeared at 135 to 150℃. Bending strength and internal bonding strength of particleboards made with powered UF adhesives could exceed the requirements of CNS 2215 for the 150 type particleboard, and the bending strength of fiberboards made with powdered UF adhesives could exceed the requirements of CNS 9909 for the semihard fiberboard. The MOR, MOE and dimensional stabilities of particleboards made with powdered UF were better than those made with liquid UF, but the internal bonding stregnth of fiberboards made with liquid UF was better than those made with powdered UF. The properties of both particleboards and fiberboards would be improved with the increase in adhesive content used within 6 to 10% range of resin content. The properties of wood based boards made with powdered UF adhesives hot-pressed at 150℃ or hot-pressing for 8 minutes were better than those made at 130℃ or pressed 6 minutes. |
