中文摘要 | 本文提出一種評估從事企業活動或生產活動時,由環境考量面引起的對環境之總衝擊之方法。首先,用語意語詞評估環境衝擊要項對環境的衝擊及環境考量面與環境衝擊要項之關係。這些語詞評估結果用模糊數來描述,進一步將這些模糊數整合成表示各環境考量面對環境的衝擊程度的模糊數。最後,用積分值排列模糊數的方法排列這些表示各環境考量面對環境衝擊之模糊數,而得到各環境考量面對環境衝擊的相對重要程度,企業 根據此項結果可做為改善其對環境衝擊之實施依據。 |
英文摘要 | This paper proposes a method to assess the impacts on environment caused by the environmental aspects of industrial activities and productions. At first, the degree of impact on environment due to environmental impact factors, and the relations between these impact factors and environmental aspects of industrial activities are assessed in linguistic terms, which are described by fuzzy numbers. For every environmental aspect, these fuzzy numbers are aggregated to receive an average rating, which also is a fuzzy number , represents the total impacts on environment by this aspect. Ranking these aggregated fuzzy numbers with integral value, then the relative importance of impact on enviominent of environmental aspects are obtained. |
