英文摘要 | The frequency of callus formation and the subsequent plant regeneration from 7 to 9 day old embryo cultured in vitro, the cross between cultivar Tainung 67 of O. sativa and strain W37 of O. officanalis, was superior to the other seven crosses within the two distantly related species. The medium containing N6 inorganic salts, MS organic substance, supplemented with 4 mg/1 NAA and 1mg/1 kinetin facilitated the direct production of plantlets from the cultured hybrid embryos. Culture of the hybrid plantlets on solid or liquid medium showed no significant difference in their multiplication rate. However, the survival rate was higher on the solid than in the liquid medium. |
