中文摘要 | 多元文化教育的理念強調文化的多樣性、尊重差異、社會正義與機會均等,而體育的情境是實踐公平、正義教育理想的絕佳場合,然而常因主流群體或支配者不當的影響,造成弱勢族群受到不公平的對待,而影響其學習機會。本研究乃以文獻分析法,從多元文化的理論與觀點切入,透過現有體育教學現象之分析,以檢視體育教師自身的意識形態與教學行為合理性,以追求多元文化體育之理想。首先,從多元文化觀點探討體育教學的內涵與目標;其次,從多元文化觀點,以性別(gender)、技能水準、殘障者、運動員、族群及運動興趣為分析標的,分析在體育情境中的不合理現象;再次,從現有體育教學的現象歸納的典型偏差模式;最後,從體育情境中弱勢族群,如女性、低技能水準者、殘障者、運動員、原住民及非主流運動興趣者的觀點,提出達成多元文化體育之實踐途徑。 |
英文摘要 | The perspective of multicultural education emphasizes on cultures diverisity, respect for individual differences, social justice and equal opportunities. Under physical education circumstances, can it implement educational ideal with fair and justice. Nevertheless, minority group has not been provided for fair learning opportunities due to inappropriate effects from majority group and dominator. The study focuses on examining rationality of ideology and teaching behaviors of physical education teachers from current physical education teaching phenomenon. First, the researcher investigated implications and objectives of physical education teaching from multicultural perspective. Then, analyzed unreasonable phenomenon under physical education circumstances with gender, skill-level, disability, athlete, ethnos, and sport interest from multicultural perspective. Next, induced the classic deviation models from current physical education teaching phenomenon. Finally, the researcher proposed the way of implementing to achieve multicultural physical education from minority group such as the female, the low-skill, disability, athlete, aboriginal and non-mainstream sport enthusiasts. |
