中文摘要 | 教育倫理是一門教育領域新興的學科,主要的目的在於整合教育學與倫理學以探討教育行動、教育關係、教育價值、道德教育、規範導向、教育責任、職業道德和教育倫理的問題。教育倫理學的內涵包括了教育學術性質的說明、教育引導圖像的探究、價值導向教育的說明、道德教育意義的分析、教育行動規範的詮釋、教師專業倫理的探討、師生關係內涵的研究、教學倫理問題的解釋、輔導倫理觀念的分析和校園倫理因素的探討。當前教育倫理學中仍然存在著許多問題,唯有解決這些問題,教育倫理學才能得到更好的發展,進而成為一門教育人員的職業倫理學,指引教育人員的教育行動,為人類教育作出重要的貢獻。本文旨在探討教育倫理學這一門學科的起源、定義、內涵和當前的問題,以提供我國作為發展教育倫理學的參考。 |
英文摘要 | Educational ethics is a new subject in educational field. It goat is to integrate pedagogy and ethics, in order to discuss the problems of educational action, educational relationship, educational values, moral education, normative direction, educational responsibilities, vocational moralities and educational ethics. The contents of educational ethics include inquiry into the academic character, the pictures of educational leadership, the value-directed education, the meanings of moral education, norms of educational action, the professional ethics of teacher, the realtionship between teacher and student, the problems of instructional ethics, the concepts of guidance ethics and the factors of school ethics. There are still many problems in educational ethics today, we must resolve theses problems, then can educational ethics get better development, be a vocational ethics of educators and makes contribution for human education. The purpose of this article is to discuss the beginning, definition, contents and problems of educational ethics. They can be regarded as references for development of educational ethics in Taiwan. |
