中文摘要 | 在面臨電信市場高度競爭環境下,長途及行動通信分公司(CHTLDM)(註:該分公司已於九十一年七月更名為行動通信分公司)為鼓勵員工樂於研究,勇於提出建言、主動對機構業務或現存問題提出改進建議,以提昇事業之服務效能、塑造主動、積極、和諧、創新而富有生產力之企業文化,於八十六年起實施員工提案制度。實施初期係以書面提案,由於件數與日俱增且種類繁多,以人工方式來管理大量提案書,常有編寫困難、審查費時、提案重覆等問題衍生。因此,發展自動化的員工提案管理系統(LDM-ESMS)來落實提案制度,是提昇企業競爭力的最佳方法。員工提案管理系統採用群組軟體工作流程之機制,提供給企業內使用者在任何時間、任何地點、及低廉的成本,來共同透過通訊、合作及協調的關係,存取管理最新的資訊。本文主要描述LDM-ESMS的系統環境、軟體架構、功能模組、工作流程以及應用實例與效益。 |
英文摘要 | Long-distance and Mobile Business Group (CHTLDM), Chunghwa Telecom., facing with servere competition in telecommunication markets, has long adopted a policy of encouraging employee to take initiatives in doing researches, making suggestions, and offering opinions to establish a corporative culture of effectiveness, activity, professionalism, and coordination, by employing an employee suggestions system in 1997. The system was first implemented by manually handling suggestions and opinions on papers. With growing number of such suggestions, the people processing these documents were simply flooded with paperwork of compiling, reviewing, and classifying all those suggestions and proposals. That makes installing an Employee Suggestions Management System (LDM-ESMS) to automate such a productive system a must to improve the company's competitiveness. With such goals in mind, streamlining work flow, standardizing business operation, and systemizing document management so as to speed up service providing, lower operation costs and raise company image have become the system's immediate targets. By using groupware, it enable users to communicate, cooperate, coordinate, and access the latest data at any time, in any place, and is very cost effective. The article will present the system's software architecture in terms of modules and functions, workflow, and workflow designing. It will also offer some working examples as well as discussions of the benefits the system brings. |
