英文摘要 | It has been discussed in the preceding report that the improvement on wood cross section bonding by different amount of adhesive applied and different reaction time of adhesive. In this study, we investigated the modified effect on wood cross section bonding by changing the R/F molar ratio, adding polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), mixing wood flour as filler and changing clamping pressure. The main conclusions were as follows: 1.As the molar ratio of F increased under synthesis, the viscosity of adhesive increased too, gelation time, amount of adhesive applied and reaction time were decreased in cross section bonding and elevated the cross section bonding strength. 2.Modified RF resin with PVA when synthesis or mixed PVA in RF resin prior to apply could increased the viscosity of RF resin significantly. In these way, diminished the requirement of amount of adhesive applied, and improved the phenomenon of over penetration, increased the bonding strength. 3.Additoin of wood flour as filler in RF resin could improve the end grain butt joint strength. 4.Curing the RF resin that modified with PVA by heating treatment could elevate the curing rate and improve the end grain butt joint strength significantly. 5.Use higher clamping pressure when jointing the cross section of wood, their bonding strength could be higher, too. |
