中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的是評估鉻的暴露,以探討製革員工尿液和血清中鉻濃度是否異 於常人。尿液樣本之前處理是利用硝酸酸化後,再置於微波消化爐中進行消化,血清及尿液 濃度乃採用石墨爐式原子吸收光譜法測定。 分析結果顯示,20 位製革員工血清中鉻之平均 值為範圍 4.91 ± 2.14 μ g/L (範圍 2.33-9.62 μ g/L,中位數 2.23 μ g/L ), 製 革工人血清中鉻值有顯著的高於 30 位對照組(平均值 1.71 ± 1.46 μ g/L, 範圍 0.10-7.26 μ g/L, 中位數 0.76 μ g/L ), 55 位製革工人尿液鉻的平均值為 2.94 ± 2.10 μ g/L (範圍 0.08-8.54 μ g/L,中位數 2.45 μ g/L ),雖然,工人尿液中鉻值 稍低於 38 位對照組(平均值 3.88 ± 2.59 μ g/L, 範圍 0.23-9.88 μ g/L, 中位數 3.59 μ g/L ),但是彼此之間並無顯著的差異。 |
英文摘要 | The main objectives of this study were to assess chromium exposure and to find out whether chromium in unine and serum of tannery workers are different from those of the normal controls. The urine specimens were pretreated with nitric acid and digested in a microwave oven. The concentrations of chromium in urine and serum were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotomtry. The analytical results indicate that the mean value of chromium in serum of 20 tannery workers is 4.91 ± 2.14 μ g/L (range 2.33-9.62 μ g/L. median 2.23 μ g/L). It is significantly higher than that of 30 controls (mean value 1.71 ± 1.46 μ g/L, range 0.10-7.27 μ g/L, median 0.76 μ g/L). The mean value of chromium in urine of 55 tannery workers is 2.94 ± 2.10 μ g/L (range 0.08-8.54 μ g/L, median 2.45 μ g/L.) Although it is somewhat lower than that of 38 connols (mean value 3.88 ± 2.59 μ g/L, range 0.23-9.88 μ g/L, median 3.59 μ g/L). No significant difference was found between the control group and the tannery workers. |
