中文摘要 | 有關企業與環境議題的研究,自1992年起即陸續產生,然而,這些研究僅關注於企業為因應環保法規的日趨嚴格所採取的對策,缺乏企業為何而做的探討。本研究嘗試結合環保驅動力與企業文化的構念,探討企業推行綠色管理的作法與影響的因素。本研究將環保驅動力的構念分成環保法規的需求、成本和競爭的需求;利害相關人的影響三個子構面;企業文化的構念分成環境價值觀,管理階層的支持、員工的環保認知三個子構面。 本研究實證臺灣1000大製造業中,傳統工業-紡織、造紙、水泥;基礎工業-化學材料、塑膠製品、橡膠製品、鋼鐵;技術密集工業-電子、資訊與通訊,推行綠色管理的作法與影響的因素-企業文化和環保驅動力-之間的相關性以及不同產業與職務間的差異。在246個有效樣本中,研究發現:環保法規的需求、成本和競爭的需求、利害相關人的影響與環境價值觀、管理階層的支持,顯著正向影響企業綠色管理的作法;不同職務間其綠色管理上沒有顯著差異,不同產業間其綠色管理上有顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | Researches on business and environmental issues have sprouted since 1992. However, the research has only focused on the strategies taken by businesses in response to ever more strict regulations. The research did not look into the reasons. This research tries to integrate the constructs of corporate culture and environmental protection driving forces together to analyze the practices and influences of business campaigning for green management. In this research, environmental protection driving forces has three dimensions: requirements for the regulations, requirements for cost and competition, and the strength of stakeholders. The construct of corporate culture is divided into another three dimensions: the concept of environmental values, support from the management level, and environment recognition on the part of the employee. The research examines 1,000 manufacturing firms in Taiwan (Traditional Industries: Textile, Paper Making, Cement; Basic Industries: Chemical Materials, Plastic Products, Rubber Products, Steel; Technology Intensive Industries: Electronics, Information and Communication) to discuss the interrelations and differences based on different industries and duties between the practices and factors campaigning for green management, which are corporate culture and environmental protection driving forces. From the 246 valid samples, we find out that the requirements for the regulations, requirements for the cost and competition, strength of stakeholders, and the concept of environmental values, support from the management level, apparently have positive influences on green management among businesses. Green management based on different job duties exhibits no obvious discrepancy, while different Industries have obvious discrepancies. |
