中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國小美勞科教學教學信念的內涵,以及探討是否有影響美勞科教師教學信念的因素。 為達成上述研究目的,選擇一位國小美勞科教師當研究個案,採用質的研究法,運用參與觀察、訪談、及文件蒐集等研究方法進行研究。研究期間,並邀請兩位觀察教師進入教室現場觀察。訪談對象則包括個案教師、二位觀察教師及國小三十二位三年級的學生。 上述所得資料經分析、分類、編碼後,運用三角測量法進行檢核,歸納出個案老師教學信念的內涵,分別是(一)欣賞與接納孩子的信念;(二)教育目標的信念;(三)教學方法的信念;(四)師生關係的信念;(五)教室常規管理的信念;(六)教學評量的信念等六個層面的信念,每個層面之下,分別有二或三個具體的教學信念,共計十三項具體的教學信念。此外,研究結果顯示個案教師的教學信念與教學行為有密切關係,即個案教師所擁有的教學信念會導引其教學行為。 在本研究中,也發現有影響個案教師教學信念的因素,分別是(一)教師的求學經驗;(二)教師個人因素;(三)教師的專業知能與進修;(四)學生的個人因素;(五)學校行政因素;(六)教育制度因素等六項。 最後,本研究根據研究發現,提出結論及建議,作為教育相關單位做計畫決策及美勞科教師教學時的參考。 |
英文摘要 | This research was to explore the teaching beliefs of individual art and craft teachers in an elementary school. There were three major goals in the research: explore what the teaching beliefs a teacher had, understand the relationship between his or her teaching beliefs and teaching behavior, and further explore the factors which affected his or her teaching beliefs. As a qualitative research project, this research adopted methods such as observation, interview, data collection, and triangulation to summarize the results. In the study, interviewees included: a teacher, two teachers and thirty-two third graders. The findings were: 1. The individual teacher had thirteen teaching beliefs. 2. There were relationships between the teaching beliefs and teaching behavior of the individual teacher. 3. Interview was applied to this research, resulting in six factors which influenced the individual teacher's teaching. This study also drew three conclusions and made four concrete suggestions. |
