英文摘要 | 本文提出一分析反向擠製一般化非軸對稱管狀製品之動可容速度場,透過此速度 場,經總變形功率對所選取之準獨立參數作最小化處理後,解得長方形胚料反向擠製橢圓孔 、正多邊形胚料反向擠製正多邊形孔及齒形胚料反向擠製齒形孔之擠製負荷與製品平均高度 。實驗以商業性純鋁在室溫下進行上述形狀之反向擠製。經理論結果與實驗數據作比較,本 文理論之擠製負荷與製品平均高度皆與實驗結果相當符合。 shaped billets and internally trochoidal gear-shaded tubes from the similar shaped billets, are determinded with respect to chosen parameters. Experiments were carried out with commercial pure aluminum and aluminum alloy billets at room temperature using various shaped punches. Both the extrusion load and average extruded height between the theory and experiment are shown to agree well for validating the proposed velocity field. |
