中文摘要 | 本研究乃針對層狀類鈣鈦礦相陶瓷SrBi4Ti4O15之製備及燒結進行研 究。以固相法製備SrBi4Ti4O15時,SrBi4Ti4O15在700�aC開始反應生成,於900�aC 煆燒二小時後可合成單相化合物。SrBi4Ti4O15在低溫下不易燒結,於高溫時燒結 體密度雖然增加,但當溫度高於1100�aC時,試片表面即開始分解,產生燒綠石 相化合物。為避免分解反應發生,設計加蓋試片製程以控制分解。在加蓋試片製 程中,經1200�aC持溫二小時的熱處理後,可成功製得純相且緻密的陶瓷燒結體。 |
英文摘要 | The preparation and sintering behavior of SrBi4Ti4O15 are investigated in this study. In the solid-state reaction, SrBi4Ti4O15 starts to form at 700�aC, and the reaction for the formation of SrBi4Ti4O15 is complete after calcination at 900�aC for 2 hours. SrBi4Ti4O15 is difficult to be sintered at low temperatures. Increasing the sintering temperature leads to an increase in density. However, when the sintering temperature is higher than 1100�aC, decomposition reaction occurs on the surface of ceramics, and a second phase having a pyrochlore structure is produced. To avoid the decomposition of SrBi4Ti4O15, a sintering process with covered pellets is designed. Through this process, highly densified SrBi4Ti4O15 ceramics with pure layered structure are successfully obtained after heating at 1200�aC. |
