中文摘要 | 牛樟(Cinnamomum kanehirae)為臺灣本土特有闊葉樹種,而珍貴的藥用菌樟芝(Antrodia comphorata)生長於其樹幹內而造成木材中空腐朽,為了採取樟芝子實體出售而使得牛樟被盜伐。為了保育本土珍貴樹種,本試驗除了評估樟芝對牛樟木材性質之影響外,並初步探討牛樟木材押出成分對樟芝生長之影響。試驗結果顯示,牛樟經樟芝腐朽後,抽出成分含量明顯增加,而全酚類抽出物含量減少,且木材的pH值降低。進一步將腐朽牛樟抽出成分進行初步分離後得知,增加的抽出成分主要是在乙酸乙酯可溶部抽出物中,且推測乙酸乙酯可溶部內某些酚類化合物受降解而轉變成為性物質。此外,樟芝的固態平試驗結果顯示,培養基中牛樟抽出成分的濃度愈高,樟芝的生長指數也愈大,由此證實牛樟抽出成分確實有促進樟芝生長的效果。 |
英文摘要 | Cinnamomum kanehirae Hay. is an endermic broadleaved tree species in Taiwan. Heartwood of C. kanehirae in natural forest is decayed by only one kind of brown rot fungus—Change-Chih (Antrodia comphorata (M. Zang & C. H. Su) Wu, Ryvarden & Chang). Chang-chih is a precious fungus used for traditional medical purpose as an antidote and hepatic medicine. Unfortunately, for collection of it’s fruiting body, C. kanehirae trees were cut down unlawfully. To protect this unique endemic tree species, the objectives of this study were to investigate the characteristics of c. kanehirae wood decayed by A. comphorata and to evaluate the effects of the extracts of C. kanehirae on the mycelial growth of A. camphorate. The chemical analyses of C. kanehirae decayed by A. camphorate indicated that the amounts of its extracts increased, whereas the contents of total phenolics decreased and a significant reduction of pH-value was also observed. Comparing the variations in ethyl acetate soluble fraction of extracts between aound wood and decayed wood, it revealed that the degradation of phenolics in the ethylacetate soluble extracts results in the increase in the total phenolic and the decreases in the pH-value of wood. In addition, according to the agar plate test results, the mycelial growth of A. campharata increased with increasing the concentration of C. kanehirae extracts in the MEA medium, indicating the extracts of C. kanehirae wood promoted the mycelial growth of a. camphorate. |
