中文摘要 | 近年來公營事業紛紛尋求多角化新事業開發的可能性,而在事業發展任務與功能日趨多元的環境下,所遭遇的問題也日趨複雄,而公營事業不易擺脫既有政府法規的限制,但又必須嘗試新事業的開發,因此公營事業如何克服困難推動新事業,以達到事業多角化的目的,是現階段十分值得探討的重要課題。本研究將結合量的與質的方式進行;資料蒐集分為兩階段,第一階段進行預備研究,係針對個案公司,以蓄意性抽樣方式進行郵寄問卷調查,期暸解問卷對象對該公司多角化經營的認知程度與人力資源管理制度的意見,供作進行深度訪談的參考議題,同時進行次級資料蒐集分析;第二階段採用深入訪談方式,暸解個案公司在多角化經營的總體經營策略下,探討人力資源管理策略在企業經營的轉折過程中,所扮演的角色、功能與使命,並尋找人力資源管理系統在各階段,如何相互配合,藉以建立一個適用於個案公司之組織文化、結構、環境及組織發展相關的人力資源管理制度。 |
英文摘要 | For the past few years, the government-owned business have successively sought out the possibility of diversification to develop new business units. With the diversified tasks and functions of business, the difficulties of diversification are getting complicated. The situation is that government-owned business to get rid of the restrictions of government regulations, On the other hand, they still have to develop new businesses. Therefore, it is the issue that how to overcome these restrictions and achieve the goal of diversification. Both quality and quantity methods will be adopted for this research, but the quality research will be core method. There are two stages will be appedfor data collection. In the first stage, the pre-research wil1 be executed. The questionnaires will be are mailed to the interviewees who are selected by intentional sampling. To understand their awareness of diversification and opinions of HR management system that can be the reference topics for deep interview. The collection and analysis of secondary data will be taken at this stage. In the second stage, the deep interview will be implemented. It is to understand the role, the function and the task that HR management of TSC are for the transformation of business management in the circumstances of diversification. Furthermore, how the HR management system coordinated in the process of diversification to establish the appropriate HR management system that is suitable for TSC's organization culture, structure, and development will also be studied at this stage. |
