中文摘要 | 本文描述一原型機車有關加速噪音之環保法規(CNS 3110)的改善,藉由CNS 3110實驗結果顯示其Pass-By噪音主要集中於1200 Hz,將此結果於車輛半無迴響室內經聲場音源轉換技術(STSF)量測分析後,發現該1200 Hz噪音主要由排氣噪音所致,其次進行排氣消音器傳輸損失量測與排氣管前導管溫度量測,發現其係傳輸損失於室溫下682 Hz之缺陷所致,經設計圖面與實物解剖比較,斷定為焊接製程不良所致,經製程改良後之行進間加速噪音較原排氣系統平均降低達1.4 dB(A),而最大值則平均降低2.7 dB(A)之譜,使得其品管可近百分之百符合行進間加速噪音之法規(CNS 3110)要求,成功地完成此一機車加速噪音之改善。 |
英文摘要 | This work describes the noise reduction of a two-stroke motorcycle that performed over the pass-by noise legislation limit. In the pass-by test, it was found that the main noise was concentrated around 1200 Hz. Then after, the result is shown that the unpleasant noise was contributed from the exhaust exit of muffler with the assistance of spatial transformation of sound field (STSF) measurement. Investigation of the transmission loss on muffler at room temperature, it was conducted that the noise was caused by the defective performance at 682 Hz. It was found that the problem came from the welding default of manufacturing process after inspection between the design drawings and real cut-off of the tested muffler. Finally, the motorcycle with improved muffler got reduction of 1.4 dB(A) during many pass-by tests. Statistically, the maximum pass-by data reduce 2.7 dB(A) that make the quality control almost 100% pass. This work was fully successful. |
