中文摘要 | 根據文獻之記載,許多嵌入式系統之失效實例,其失效原因常散佈在系統發展及使用之許多層面;包括系統設計、實現、生產以及系統操作者使用系統之方式。其中,在系統設計階段,特別是在SFS(系統功能規格)或SRS(軟體需求規格)決定之階段,若出了錯不能及早發現問題,那麼其需付出之成本將極其昂貴。 本研究則專注於由於設計錯誤,所導致系統失效之實例,如以分析與研究,並規納出常見之系統失效模式,作為系統設計時之過去教訓學習、提醒、未來進而可依此發展出系統設計規範之自動化系統。 |
英文摘要 | According to the system failure case reports in literature, it is evident that there are many problems involved in system failure cases, as a matter of fact, these problems spread throughout all aspects of system development and use; say, in system design, detailed design, implementation, manufacturing, and the way of using the system by human operators. The problems in the system design stage, or particularly in the SES (system functional specification) and SRS (software requirements specification) determination stage, have been found to be very costly to correct if they are not found earlier. This article focuses on system failure cases that mainly resulted from design errors. After analysis and study, the goal is to explore as many as possible categories of system failure cases. In the future, based on this study, a useful checklist of functional design criteria can be developed accordingly. |
