中文摘要 | 心肺復甦術的推廣教育已開展近30餘年,其間已經經數次的改版修訂,至今ACLS已是眾所週知的心肺復甦術誤代名詞,典型的ACLS教育包含了2天的課程;這2天課程,雖然已是心肺復甦術各種知識,技能中的精華所在;至對一般從事醫療人員而言,這2天的課程仍代表了鉅量的學習目標!也因如此,幾乎參加ACLS課程的學員都覺得ACLS課程困難重重,多所沮喪!不僅學員如此,許多ACLS教師也對學員的反應或教學的效果感覺不理想;著者從事ACLS教學實務及課程籌劃已有數年的時招,深深地感覺到使用某些方法,可以更有效,讓人更有興趣的學習ACLS,因此依筆者的教學經驗,依著ACLS的核心內容,提出一種簡化的ACLS學習捷徑,以便引導大家更快更有趣的學習ACLS。 |
英文摘要 | Education for the cardiopulmonary resuscitation has been introduced for about 30 years. There has been several times of reversion of the standard or so-called guidelines for the cardiopulmonary resuscitation program, now emerging the well known advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) program. The standard ACLS program requires a 20day educational course including lectures and skill stations. The content of ACLS, although is already condensed as much as possible, still represents a great deal of information. The attendees of the ACLS thus often carry a feeling of frustration and stress during the course. Sometimes the ACLS instructors may have the same feeling after teaching the course. The author has been actively involved in the coordination and teaching the course. The author has been actively involved in the coordination and teaching of the ACLS course for several years and thus has tried hard to everyone this obstacle. Therefore the author proposes a approach to learn and practice ACLS. The author specifically hopes that through this simplified not interesting learning approach, the beat are provide may find a new interested attitude for the learning and practicing of ACLS. |
