中文摘要 | 本文主要以生命週期觀合探討工業園區之發展,並建立評估模式驗證發情形,以設法延續園區不要任由衰退,確實將既有土地發揮最大之使用效益。 本研究由工業區發展元素-產業、都市空間有關之生命週斯,或發展歷程資料中研提工業園區生命週期特質,並以實際工業園區發展情況作佐證,而為讓工業園區主管機關明確掌握既有發展,所建立之評估準則乃自生命週期特質中析出,再以德爾菲法由熟稔工業區發展之專家來認定,並以分析階層程序法求得各評估準則之權重,由此來計算得到山業園區每年發展之一個代表數值(檢測值),將歷年檢測值之曲線作一比較分析,進而觀其成長、茁壯、衰落等現象,並可因循評估,深入探究工業園區發展上面臨的目題,籍此克服工業園區發展上之問題,適時掌握生命週期至生生不息,以維持我國高度國際競爭力。 |
英文摘要 | This paper discusses the development of industrial park from the viewpoint of the life cycle, and establishes the evaluation model for development, in order to keep the development of industrial park and promote the benefit of land. First of all, this study proposes the characteristics of development cycle of industrial park form the development elements of industrial park and reviewing references. Also it uses science-based industrial park as case study. Furthermore, in order to let authority on park handle this situation precisely, this study builds an structure of evaluation to calculate each weight of criterion via Delphi and A.H.P.. Then we can get the test value every year, and link these test values, we can get one curve of test values. Futher analysis, it shows the situations of growth and decline of industrial park. Therefore, this study proposes some methods and alternatives to solve these problems to keep industrial park working. |
