中文摘要 | 本文提出一個心電圖的傳真系統,作為遠距監測醫療系統的雛形,並製作一個單通道式的心電圖傳真機,以證實構想的可行性。系統架構分為以儀表放大器配合高性能類比濾波器取得右手與左腳間的第二導程心電信號的類比部分,將放大後的信號數位化之後利用可程式PIC單晶片將資料轉為傳真機所通用的圖形格式的資料轉換部分,以及單晶片控制撥號儲存等功能的控制電路部分。全部系統包括信號傳輸與電源供應等都縮小化,以達成可攜式之目標。由於傳送之數位信號本身具有標準傳真格式,任何現有之傳真機均可做為接收端,毋需另行製作。製作完成的雛形機經測試結果符合監測心電圖的要求,並且未來具有進一步縮小成為系統晶片(system-on-a-chip)的潛力。 |
英文摘要 | A remote electrocardiogram (ECG) monitor based on facsimile system was proposed, with single-channel prototype implemented to demonstrate its feasibility. The entire system consists of an analog signal amplifier including high-quality filters to extract reliably the limb lead II ECG signals, a data conversion system containing a programmable single-chip PIC which converts the digitized signal to TIFF format, and a PIC control circuit responsible for dialing and storage functions. The system, including signal transmission and power supply, was minimized in size to achieve the purpose of a portable system. Since the format of the digitized signals is standardized, all existing facsimile systems can be used as receivers without the need of special design. The prototype system has been tested and it was found to fulfill the requirements for monitoring. The proposed structure has strong potential for future system-on-a-chip (SOC) integrations. |
