中文摘要 | 本文製作全電式射出機射出單元模擬機構,使用Syscor公司的DSP運動控制卡,將PLC控制模組與AC馬達的控制相結合,並利用Mat1ab/Simulink的人機界面,模擬充填射出與塑化計量兩個製程,其中射出用AC伺服馬達透過齒型皮帶輪帶動射出滑塊,驅動射出螺桿向前推進,模擬充填的製程;塑化用AC伺服馬達透過軸連結器帶動射出螺桿轉動,模擬進料計量的動作。經由整個實作控制的過程中,可以了解如何使用DSP晶片控制AC伺服馬達的機電系統。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the injection simulated mechanism of full electrical injection molding machine was manufactured and DSP motion control card, Syscor®, is utilized to control AC servo motor via programmable controlled Human-Machine Interface (HMI). We integrate the PLC control modulus, Matlab/Simulink HMI and AC Servo Motor to simulate the action of injection unit and compared with actual full electric injection molding machine. In this mechanism, the DSP-based chip control two AC servo motors during injection process and plasticization process. The injection motor could drive the injection slider to move the ball bearing screw to simulate the injection process and the plasticization motor could drive the ball bearing screw to simulate the plasticization process. In the study process, we could obtain the experience of using DSP motion control card to control a mechatronic system with the AC servo motor. |
