英文摘要 | In this article, two fundamental contrasts of learning theory are used to construct organizational learning and the learning organization: behavior approach vs. cognitive approach. First, we attempt to bridge the conceptual gap between organizational learning and the learning organizational. Second, the meanings of learning theory and relationships between organizational learning and the learning organizational are discussed. Finally, with this perspective we develop a organizational framework for the influence of information technology (IT) on the organizational learning to the learning organizational. |
