中文摘要 | 泰國湄南河流域近年來因經濟的發展使水的需求量增加, 再加上年雨量的逐漸減 少,現正面臨嚴重的缺水問題;另一方面,由於在 1995 年遭到數個颱風的侵襲,使得農地 、商業區等飽受淹水災害長達數個月之久,民生活動受害甚鉅。因此,流量、雨量等水文資 料的收集、應用在泰國成了緊急的課題。泰國灌溉技術中心計劃Ⅱ為了提高水資源開發與水 管理的效率,開發了湄南河水文資料數據庫及其表示、解析系統。在此謹將其概要與解析、 應用事例加以報告。本開發系統亦曾引用於緬甸、菲律賓等國的灌溉技術中心,得到灌溉技 術人員很高的評價。 |
英文摘要 | The Chao Phraya drainage basin in Thailand has been experiencing a serious water shortage in recent years that has interrupted rice growing in the dry seasons. On the other hand, Thailand was affected by severe typhoons in 1995. The flood water moved slowly southward, devastating communities by flooding and ponding along the way. The flooding caused serious damage not only on agricultural land, but residential and commercial districts for several months. For these reasons, development of the hydrological information system has recently become an urgent subject. In order to promote effective utilization of water resources, the hydrological information system which presents and analyzes observed hydrological data has been developed by the authors. This system was also introduced to the Irrigation Technology Center in Myanmar and Philippines, and has been highly prized by technicians of each country. |
